I won't understand that experience, but if someone is that emotionally attached to a forum where potential expulsion would feel like "jail", I would advise them to take a break tbh.
I get banned all the time. It's kind of like losing custody of an unwanted child who you hate when you see but miss when you're apart...
It's mainly annoying because you have to lurk as a guest when you could be contributing very funny posts. Also my messiest posts never seem to be warned, it's always for weird posts that aren't even that shady.
I was banned during 2 days cuz of the Halloween game Cupid fiasco and almost lost my family and friends cuz all of the emotional roller coaster I lived during that time.
I have friends to go things plus a game system and school that kept me occupied.
