I really doubt it was their fault in any way. It hasn't been proven that there was anything wrong with a car from a technical point of view.

How can they be responsible unless they did not follow the rules for vehicles and safety? Did they drive a normal Porsche that is sold across the world? Or one which was defect? Or one someone did something to?

I have not heard one thing about anything being wrong with the car yet. As far as I know it was a common Porsche.
