I would be willing to bet that the TIDAL exclusive is just a single...not an album.

Because:

1) I don't see Rihanna wanting to take a major risk like that.
2) this whole unlock game makes no sense if it doesn't end with the album (i.e., no one will participate if the album is out - not worth it for some bonus content).
3) there's no actual hype around the album. Can't see her releasing an album with no sort of real "energy" behind the release (i.e., a single / video / something).
