Based on what? Mediatraffic has BTW above Loud, no? And TD, with a re-release and non-stop hits, has apparently managed a whopping 200K higher than BTW. Let's not even compare tours, particularly nightly averages, with Gaga's BTWB dates versus TD/Loud tours (or any of their tours).
