Because Turkey gets oil and cotton for cheap from them + they're killing Kurds which is Turkey's main goal. So Turkey has no interest in getting rid of ISIS.
Meanwhile Saudi Arabia is funding ISIS in order to spread wahhabism (an extreme form of Sunnism) and because they hope it can contribute to the fall of El Assad who is a Shia.
The thing is the Western Countries are allied with these two (with Turkey being in NATO) and Saudi Arabia provides a huge amount of oil and buys a lot of weapons so they don't want to go against them too much which they would effectively be doing if they were to stop ISIS.
Not to mention Russia is also involved against ISIS but they want to keep El Assad who is one of their allies (hence their bombing of iSIS and all the other rebels) while the West want to get rid of El Assad with ISIS being a useful tool in that regard.
