While I believe there's something to be said about complying with an officer, it's still not hard to apprehend someone when you've got a taser, handcuffs, back-up and three police vehicles on the scene. If you watch the video, he's walking away unarmed. Yes, he could have faced charges for resisting arrest, but death is not the proper punishment
