It was meant to come out Summer 2015 but they were late filming it so it got bumped back to Summer 2016 up against an Untitled Marvel Movie (later announced to be Captain America, before the Civil War announcement) and they couldn't be arsed with the competition so moved it forwards to March.

They should've learned from those two Japanese artists who haved the top 2 biggest worldwide album debut weeks because of their rivalry tbh.

there's no way in hell it will flop. Suicide Squad is also a guaranteed hit as well.

All the other movies that are due to come out after that though? Totally different story. Didn't DC/WB reserve like 10 films so far? BvS & SS can't sustain the hype for a whole decade.

It all depends on wonder woman how her début is will decide if the movie flops or not. And if it does say good bye to female supers
