What exactly makes her important? Is she making strides for Barbadians in the music industry? Or women, even? Is she promoting a strong message through her work as a singer, actress, or model?
I really fail to see what she does for the industry, or humanity as a whole, by providing radio-friendly "bops" written by a camp of people where the only writing credit she has is adding some "na na"s and changing like 2 words.

The anger point.
She bought equipment that a hospital desperately needed in Barbados that will save hundreds of lives.
But most celebrities do that type of thing. I don't see what makes her more important than anyone else (not limited to just musicians) for her to be the most important millennial of our time. That's a very strong statement to make.
