You're barely gonna get money from touring if they're on a standard deal, I'm saying you should sign a new, already kind of relevant act on a 360 deal then have them tour.
You would need to sell a bit more than 2M singles to make $3M, you could release their album already and spend as little money as you can on the physical copies and promotion, you would only need to sell 200k-300k copies to make 3M. But yeah if you want to wait until they're bigger to release the album try the 360 deal with a new act.
