Well it's certified 2x platinum in Australia, silver in the UK & gold in New Zealand in Sweden.
Which means 140k + 200k + 7.5k + 20k = 367.5k in certified units outside of the US.
Taking into account that it went to #6 in Canada and charted in several other places, I'd like to think it is at least at 400K worldwide.

You also have Sleazy's peak wrong, the remix pushed it to #37.

The remix charted separately to the original version, I believe.

EDIT: I never really thought about it like that, but "Sleazy" (remix) peaked higher than "Crazy Kids" (remix).
