I don't get ATRL.

You constantly complain that there are never any good gay male pop stars in the world and that we need more representation (and not in the flamboyant Frankie Grande). A gay male who can actually sing and is not throwing glitter everywhere comes along, slays and smashes with several hits and is pretty polite and respectful yet ya'll still hating. He's not ugly or anything and is above average in appearance yet yall stay calling him ugly. He's actually made improvements to his appearance and is actually trying, unlike some of you uglees who post fake pics just to catfish the boys in your life that pay you no attention at all.

Is this internalized self hatred going on? Are you jealous that Sam Smith is smashing? I just don't understand the need to be mean to someone who honestly did nothing wrong yet you stan for trash like Azealia Banks. He has done nothing wrong to garner hate while a lot of the people you stan for has said despicable, racist, homophobic comments yet you still stan for them.

It's like every time a gay person does well in life, you all have to bring them down. But then you moan and cry about not having a gay celebrity to look up towards or not enough representation. It's really pathetic. Shame on ya'll.

Because he doesn't fit the beauty standard.

I mean, I understand that ya'll want to get on the "latest" trends on ATRL just to be funny, but 100% of the time it gets old after a day. Sam Smith being "ugly" is so old, at least be original and unique. Most of you are just unfunny and cringeworthy because I know that if your photo was spread around ATRL, most of them would drag you to the pits. Ya'll have no room to criticize Sam Smith for not being good looking when ya'll would cry if someone dragged your real life photo.
