Look at Macklemore: he's white, he had two gigantic cross over hits plus Same Love, robbed two grammys & he barely outsold GKMC. The latter had great longevity and that's what hip hop albums are lacking due heavy piracy & now streaming.

I can't name one country album that has reached the streams of Pink Print for instance and based on "the most pirated artists" of 2013 Em, Jay & Kanye made the list, again no country acts
