Stripped outsold every Mariah album, MLJ outsold every Mariah song, and Xtina already holds more #1s to her name in way less time there.

You need to look up Music Box. It sold 1.4M in France alone. Mariah was never actually local, her success in the U.S. just outweighed her success outside of it.
