She's talking about scrapping songs she was recording 2 years ago while she was with Harris....she doesn't mean she scrapped the material she has recorded since then (Poison, BoM, and the rest of the songs she performed on the tour she did a few months ago)
She just doesn't have a release date (she said January on this show in the OP but she's probably lying)

She recorded a lot of tracks without Harris (he only produced/wrote 4 tracks for her) and all of the tracks were scrapped. Some of the songs were registered, performed and she leaked snippets...
