That's the whole point of PREP, to all of you close minded folks with the Ariana picture. It prevents the disease from spreading.

Someone on PREP and someone on ARVS = 100% prevention of HIV transmission.

But of course, it doesn't prevent against other STDs. But clearly her doctor was testing her for those as well.

Thank you! Ignorant judgemental asses are the reason people lie about it or are ashamed to talk about it. There are PLENTY of diseases you can get that can kill you. Learn about HIV beyond the stigma before you speak about it. The more we shame people with HIV, the more people will feel ashamed to talk about it, and then continue to spread it. Knowledge about it is far more important than the condom.

They were in a relationship, most people in a monogamous relationship don't use protection as you trust each other, it's not irresponsible.
