First of all, you are comparing a MOVIE dance scene, to an actual LIVE dance performance. You do realize the J Lo scene in "Shall we dance'' might have been shot 20 times and edited, right?
Nicole's performance is LIVE. And Nicole can do whatever J Lo can do, both acting and dancing, and probably even better.
Nicole has a certain dynamic when she dances than not many people have. She's also incredibly flexible, unlike J Lo.
She even outdances her own professional dancers at points. And that's with LIVE singing.
You dont know what your talking about no she cannot out sing beyonce or out dance JLo or is even remotely a better actress no one in the industry agrees neither does the general buying public! I like Nicole always have done she deserves alot more success and credit for but shes not better then all our faves. Yep she can sing and dance but shes never done anything groundbreaking.
I agree that Nicole has never done anything groundbreaking, but it's a joke to say that she can't outdance Jennifer Lopez or that Jennifer is a better actress. Jennifer is not a critically claimed actress and will never be. Again, Nicole has an prestigious Olivier nomination. Do you think Jennifer will ever be able to do that?

A Golden Globe nomination is not impressive. Even Jessica Alba was nominated for a Golden Globe and she's a terrible actress. Nicole was nominated for an Olivier award for her role as Grizabella in Cats. Jennifer would never able to get something like that and the fact that you're using "The Back Up Plan" as on of her critically acclaimed performances speaks volumes.
Jennifer did a great job dancing in "I'm Glad," but it's nothing technical or hugely impressive. As for yogurt ads, so what? Jennifer has done shaving cream ads. At least the yogurt ones are memorable.
