X Factor hopeful Rachel Adedeji has reportedly attracted interest from US music scouts who work with Rihanna. The 17-year-old is reportedly being lined up to sing duets with the "Umbrella" singer and R&B star Akon.
A source told The Sun: "Rachel is hugely excited. She couldn't believe there was that level of interest in her.
"She loves Rihanna and even modelled her looks and hairdo on her."
It is believed that the interest came after X Factor 2008 winner Alexandra Burke spoke to American record chiefs about the contestant.
The insider continued: "Alex has been instrumental, and vouched for Rachel's talent and capability.
"It's not a done deal by any means, but it would be a huge break. Rachel's very nervous about working with such big stars."
Rachel and Rikki Loney were voted by the public into the bottom two and performed again for the judges' vote.
Rachel was up first and sang U2's 'With or Without You', followed by Rikki who performed Westlife's 'Flying Without Wings'.
Cheryl and Dannii chose to save their own acts and with Louis Walsh absent the vote was down to Simon Cowell. Simon chose to send home Rikki Loney.
