And I hope they mean 15 years because you know how celebrities wont do the full sentence
He ain't much of a celebrity. It's also not celebs though that get out early or don't serve a full sentence. Prisons are overcrowded and they'll let people out early on good behavior. So he may get out in like 5-10 years and be on house arrest or probation for several years.
He also may never get out of prison. I hear they do nasty things to child molesters in prison.
