Difference being, no one gives a **** about Rihanna. Imagine the lashings if Gaga had three underperforming singles, none going 2x platinum yet, her label scrapping an entire album to go back to record material the GP liked, her scrapping a tour then scrapping singles from release? Tragic. But since it's Rihanna, the media doesn't care enough to call her out.
Taylor's the only other pop girl the media will care about underperforming after Gaga.
