1500 is already a bigger number than what was the number of Daesh estimated in Iraq 6 years ago. With that number, it can go out of hands very quickly. And I doubt they can read the minds of ultraconservative muslims in Morocco who can be or are already radicalized and unactive.
Just look at what managed a group of 14 Daesh in France, then what threat does a group of 1500 present to the peace in Morocco? Just because they are right now in other countries doesnt mean they arent able to come back, and they most probably will. Daesh are always on move.

Not true about Algeria at all. Daesh are infiltrating Algeia from Libya, trying to spead their ideas there.
