NBC’s upcoming series “Shades of Blue” attracted more than a million engagements this week after the trailer, which features Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta as members of the NYPD, racked up more than a million and a half YouTube views.
The trailer, which has been live for just over a week, already outperforms “The Player’s” initial trailer, the NBC freshman series that “Shades of Blue” is slotted to replace in January. All of this buzz surrounding the upcoming procedural pushed this series to top off the Trending leaderboard and to seventh place on this week’s Broadcast leaderboard.
