I've gone 3 days without sleeping at all once and It was the worst thing. It wasn't just to test how much I can go without sleeping because I would never do that. I just couldn't sleep.

I've only ever gone one day. It was awful, I went between being ridiculously hyper to being like a zombie. Idk how you could do that for 3 days

I didn't know you could go 3 days without sleeping at all either. It felt like my whole body was shutting down

48 hours and I was so weak by the end.

I think I might've hit 2 days at some point, but only once. There's been plenty of times when I've gone a full 24 hours though, but it's been harder for me to do lately.

I skipped two night once for "fun". Not doin it again.

What were the circumstances?

1 day because I had to hike an entire night. It was a messy experience trying to walk while half asleep and trying to stay awake

It was first that I just couldn't sleep all night. Then in the morning someone was coming to fix something in my apartment. It was like hours of loud noises and I couldn't sleep. Then I tried to go to sleep after that but I still couldn't. It was also because of overthinking and anxiety.

I've searched on google if someone has gone longer and there are people who have gone even longer than 3 days without sleeping at all.

Please don't ever do it. It's the worst.

I slept for literally 24 hours straight after

3 Days, I actually got used to be sleep depraved after the second night and felt completely numb during the third .

I've never gone more than 38 hours and I never want to try.
