Charlie Sheen says he always led with "condoms and honesty" after his HIV diagnosis — but at least six sex partners reportedly claim that's a lie and plan to sue.
The unidentified women contacted a prominent Los Angeles lawyer in the last 24 hours with claims the "Anger Management" star did not disclose his HIV status before sexual relations with them, TMZ.com reported.
The women plan to file claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud and sexual battery, the celebrity website said.
Sheen, 50, reportedly has had scores of paramours in recent years, so the floodgates for more legal claims could open wide.
The actor revealed Tuesday he was diagnosed roughly four years ago after rushing to an emergency room with a three-day migraine.
He called the news a "mule kick" to his soul.
He sank into a suicidal fog of substance abuse before coming to terms with his infection and successfully treating it to the point that the viral load in his blood is undetectable, he said.
Sheen stressed Tuesday that he always was upfront with his sex partners — and that several repaid his honesty by shaking him down for cash.
