lmao, the delusion... did Hitler manager to find every jew in WWII? It's harder to fight terrorists scattered over dozens of countries than a 100,000 strong army fighting at a specific area. Also, they are a state, though not one recognized by NATO etc + they are active in at least a dozen countries. People are narrow minded, we are seeing new kinds of wars and this is a war that several superpowers and dozens of other countries from at least three different continents are caught up in, we haven't seen anything like this since Hitler Germany and it's way bigger than WWI
