Carey, who also has a Vegas residency, has gone through several managers since severing ties with Medina.

But an exec at the Medina Co. told Page Six, “Benny is not restricted, contractually or otherwise, from managing Mariah Carey or any other artists.” An insider in Carey’s camp said they “didn’t know anything about it,” but chuckled.

Back in the day, Mariah was working on Glitter, and Tommy stole the sample she was planning to use for the Lead single 'Loverboy', on JLo's I'm Real (original). Mariah was not happy obviously. THEN Tommy stole more music from her for the remix of I'm Real which went #1
