Lol Do you live in the city? Williamsburg blew up a couple years ago and rent prices are almost comparable to LES/EV/Gramercy.

875 is a bargain for a room. But if you're paying that little, you probably found a room way up in Harlem or an outer borough. You can't get a decent studio for less than 1,800-2000 bare minimum in core Manhattan.
