So we've just seen this clip of Demi slaying Adele's "Hello":
If "Hello" was actually Demi's lead single from Confident, do you think she could have slayed harder this era? Would it have helped her to achieve her dream of winning a Grammy?
No, Demi doesn't have it. No shade but everything Demi does seems like she's trying way too hard which is too bad bc if she had better star power she could slay. Also confident is like 99% filler so hello would sound out of place next to cfts
But when Demi sings it, it really makes me feel like it could have been another Skyscraper-like ballad and she's in a much better place in Pop nowadays than she was back when that was released.
Everyone would drag her for releasing a generic ballad, she won't win any award for that song
Hello is a good song, but it's not that great, it's just because it's Adele.
