I think iPhone 5 and the 5s are the "perfect" iPhone. I really want to have one, especially the iPhone 5. But I already have iPhone 4 and Nokia Lumia 920.
Currently i'm using Lumia 920. Nokia did excellent job here. My Lumia refuse to die after 3 years. Now, it's the right time to move on
The main reason to get the 5S rather than the iPhone 5 is that you get the 64bit A7 chip rather than the A6, which means you should get software updates for longer, better long term application support and better long term security updates.
That might not mean much today, but in a couple of years you might be glad you spend the extra money.
I just don't see how I ever had a non-plus iPhone. I've only had my 6s plus for three weeks and I was shocked when I held my dad's 5s the other day. It's just so small compared to mine. If you're gonna upgrade, get a 6 plus or a 6s plus!

I hated my 5S, I spent the year I had it missing my 4 and waiting for them to release a big phone. My prayers were answered when the flawless 6 Plus was released last year
