Natural. I have never heard of shaving armpits outside of for sport reasons.
Been catching up on my German soaps recently and all the guys have shaved pits. Maybe it's preferred in some parts of the world, not sure but I doubt the guys would do it unless it was the style or appealed to their viewers.
