"Sparks" - Hilary Duff
The year is coming to a close, and looking back, I don't think there were many pop songs released this year as good as "Sparks" by Hilary Duff from her album Breathe In. Breathe Out. The song may have flopped due to RCA's negligence, but it remains superior to most of the pop songs released this year (in my opinion). What are your thoughts on this underrated gem?

Yes. It's also one of the best pop songs of the past few years and one of the best tracks off BIBO (which is one of the best albums of 2015).
