That's the URL. It was most likely an initial misunderstanding and they just updated the page rather than change the URL.

I don't like the way the BBC have reported a suspicious package and then linked the Paris Attacks.
It's like they want to relate any criminal activity with the events of last night.
Why are we giving ISIS more credit than is due? At least let the bomb squad investigate before jumping to conclusions.
