No, but since I'm a PharmD student, let me explain to you why rectal suppositories are important
Ok, so the one organ that can metabolize drugs and other chemicals efficiently is actually your liver. Your kidneys only excrete metabolized drugs and chemicals, but they don't metabolize them. But sometimes your body thinks that those chemicals are dangerous (well, they kinda are), so your body will try to get rid of those chemicals quickly. Sometimes, that's not a good thing. Sometimes doctors want the drug to be able to its job without getting metabolized and excreted. The process of metabolizing the drug in the liver is called First-Pass Metabolism. So, the only way to do that is avoid this process (the First-Pass Metabolism) is to administer the drug through either the oral route, or the rectal route

The oral route isn't always used for 2 reasons: 1. Drugs don't usually taste like cinnamon rolls. Their taste is intolerable. 2. more importantly, the oral route is less efficient than the rectal route.
Rectal suppositories are important, and doctors like to prescribe them. So, you don't need to make tasteless jokes about them.
