True Ludacris has bars and he knew how to make hits and bring his own brand but yes I think that he wasn't taken seriously enough.
Yeah I can see scarface but because this is billboard and not xxl or something I felt like they took the list of successful rappers knocked off rappers that are either
better artists than they are lyricists (
drake, kanye) or success is not b
ased on true lyricism, innovation, moving the needle with the hip hop community forward, bringing something new to the table (
Nelly, Nicki, Eve) or
who's hustle is better than they are as artists/lyricists (
50 cent/Snoop, Dre, Diddy, LL cool J)
and scrapped them off immediately and went to the successful rappers that actually meet the criteria.
Scarface should be in the mix so I agree. Remove Luda and add scarface (my 11-15 weren't in order)
