In this installment of These WERE The Singles you will rate the top ten songs from the annual Pazz and Jop polls from 1995 through to 1999. There are 50 songs total in this rate, you must send in rates for all 50 songs or else you rate will not count. You also must not send in obvious trolling rates, those will be disqualified. Scores must be between 1-10, with up to two decimal points allowed. You are allowed one 11 score to your top song, and one 0 score to your least favorite song.

Do you think they look back at some of these choices and just think, "What the ****?" Because while I enjoy "Tubthumping" and "C'Mon Ride It (The Train)" as much as the next '90s kid, I would never expect to see them atop Pazz and Jop.
Anyway, 1998 is too flawless for words! But I maybe want "No Scrubs" or "I Want It That Way" to win?
