SF2 best selling 3rd party game on a Nintendo console - why?
Why is it that ONE version of SF2 alone can go toe to toe with Nintendo's iconic franchises? What are the other fighting games, and games in general lacking, that SF has?

not sure what sf stands for but a quick google search told me it was soldier front 2, never heard of it but slay!

who? street fighter would never come on nintendo since its a kid console..

Street Fighter 2 came out on SNES, as did SF4 which is a million seller on 3DS

I agree, abbreviations aren't as easy as you think when it comes to video games especially this example, I hadon't doubts it was Street Fighter.
Anyway the answer is because gamers at the time obviously thought it was good. I've never played it so I wouldn't know.
