Systemic racism is more about racism towards poor people, than any particular race. You can get into any college, or private institution if you have the cash to do so...it doesn't matter if your black, white, or a green Martian.
Not saying some people aren't racist bigots that run those institutions...but that is evenly distributed throughout society demographics...rich, poor, middle class.
