Where does it say anything about the man being fat? Even if he were a healthy weight, it would be very difficult for a slender woman (as this article states) to lift a 160-170 lb man off of her.
The assumption that he was fat, and the subsequent fat-shaming and victim-blaming, is just unacceptable
