Stay With Me is actually a bit of an anomaly w/ slow ballad ballads, considering it peaked in Summer 2014. The vast majority of them peak in Fall (Hello, LIGLY, SLY) Winter (SFTTR, Say Something, Let Her Go), or maybe early Spring (All of Me, WIWYM, Stay, JGMAR)

Definitely. Summer is the time to release the most uptempo songs, Fall and Winter is the best time to release ballads. Spring tends to lean towards more uptempo music as well.

Yes it can make a difference but if a song is a smash hit, it will do well regardless of the season its released
