Do you think we should have less harsher laws especially when someone uploads something on Youtube like an edit or a video with music in the background that ends up getting taken down which is ridiculous

For the movie industry, i know they need to make money on films but seeing a movie in theaters or buying it on DVD is expensive for some people and downloading on sites is just more easier. With one of the most popular sites "Yify" being shut down is it possible another or more will take it's place since TPB is rumored to be next.

Originally posted by deadautumncrow I think it's stupid how artists think they can make money off their music. It's 2015 almost 2016. Shakira said it best: If an artist wants money they'd go on tour. Honestly any exposure their music can get is significant promo for them/their tour.
