Ask them questions about popgirls where the answer is obvious, like Who has bigger impact, artist X (artist that truly has bigger impact but they hate) or artist Y (their fave)? If they answer their fave then they're out, I hate people who try to deny 2 + 2 = 4.

Stanbase members would be decided based on acclaim and success of their fave. So that would leave like 50 Hive's at the most then like 1 or two Monsters for the least. Based on said artist career success fluctuations stanbases can earn a larger percentage of members after and also lose some. So lets say Rihanna flops and had like 30 members, 4 would be banned and new members would be added to a different stanbase to complete the 500. Perfect system.
