I've been vegan before. It really wasn't that hard of a transition, I lost like 10 lbs while doing it (which is what I wanted) but then I realized that I was going to lose all this weight to look like a stick
. I've been bulking now since then and I know its possible to do it on a vegan diet but I don't like beans enough for that and you'd have to eat so much more I feel
I'd consider going back in the future.
