And as a worker at McDonald's it's really noticeable with regular customers. There are so many customers that eat there almost every day, and are still skinny. They usually just get one regular combo (medium drinks and medium fried). The bigger customers tend to get a combo with a large drink, large fries, and then they add a couple of cheeseburgers or McDoubles on the side

Well obviously. There's plenty of factors in this with the biggest being metabolism and portion control. Even though it doesn't make some people obese there's a myriad of other problems that can arise.
