Because you won the previous challenge and had immunity. Just like Truth Teller in Season 6 and Eros in Season 7. This is not a new twist. The whole point of an immunity is to allow you to escape elimination if you have a "flop" week. Everyone does.

I don't know what anyone said but you earned your place in the competition, if you want to pull out I'm not going to stop you, but that's how the game has worked for the last two season, at least.

why are people threatening to quit? this is my first season so maybe it's a ~thing~ but at least fight for your place. I don't think I'd feel good getting a second chance in the competition just someone else decided not to compete, instead of earning it.

The drama!

Well I know for me I have a tumultuous relationship with how this game runs that I thought Sam was aware of. But I think it's funny to watch tymps especially considering he's both hosted and judged, even last season. I suppose some can give it but not quite take it.

I have a solution. Disqualify everyone except for me. I win. Problem fixed.

I just don't know what to say or do anymore. The majority of the things that people have complained about over the last four weeks have already been incorporated in previous seasons in some manner. The only entirely new feature thus far is the Top 4 contestants having the opportunity to select the next challenge.
