"Sprawl I" is about the time indie power-couple Win & Regine returned ot Win's old hometown. While driving they were pulled over by police due to "suspicious activity", a story that is told again in "Sprawl II", from Regine's perspective However where "Sprawl II" is huge and euphoric, "Sprawl I" is bleak and bare, the flatland to her mountains.
