How to Deal with Being Awkward ?
I can't help it but naturally feel awkward or weird-ed specifically in odd environments or people I don't know or if someone is staring at me a lot or judging me heavily. I can't help it either when my mom is reminding me of it in such ways: stop walking like that, your pants are messy, don't say that, don't laugh alot. It ruins my non exist confidence to the ground, and I end up fighting with her cause of her words. I dislike it when people don't offer me the respect I deserve based on my introverted personality within odd settings and new people. I really don't know how it deal with it anymore. Welp guys ?

We've all been there, when people make you feel uncomfortable in your own body. I wish I had wise words to tell you, but all I can say is that eventually, it does get better

If it helps my case I will sweetie and thanks. It's not like I'm feminine awkward. On the contrary, I walk and talk masculine, but my body language is very stiff and very get me outta here now. This is making more undesired and hated. I'm 21 btw, but my social circle is narrow as hell.

Trust me. We've all been there. It sucks, but it won't last forever. I suck at giving advices so I can only say it gets better, which is probably something you've been told x times, but it's true.

It's not the annoying social events that gets me into robotic state of walk and awkwardness. The everyday life situations like I hate when someone stares at me within a distance when a walk and I know subconsciously they are judging me, or when someone opens a silly convo about something stupid and I talk little about it or respond with short answers, and then I'm labeled as awkward. Or when someone talks to me in a disrespectful or childish way cause I'm introverted. Like I'm ****ing introverted not mentally disabled person. It's just not fair.

You have to start speaking up babe.
I'm going to tell you a short story.
I LOVED dancing when I was younger, I was very good at it! One day my uncle saw me dancing and embarrassed me in front of the crowd by telling me that "dancing was for girls", mind you I was only 7 at the time. He scarred me for a long, long time. I remember going to the club for the first time with my friends back in college, everyone was dancing and I was just standing there. I kept remembering that moment and was scared as hell that I was going to look a fool on the dance floor. I said **** IT and I danced my ass OFF! LMAO. It felt so liberating.
Back on topic, I saw this same uncle at a family get together we had a few weeks after the event and when he saw me, the first words that came out of his mouth were; "why are you so thin? are you not eating at school?" (I was chubby the last time he had seen me). When I tell you I flipped out on him, man.
I told him he needed to mind his business, let me live my life and worry about his. He didn't pay my tuition, he didn't pay for my expenses, he didn't pay for my car note, so he could kiss my ass.
He was mad as hell, but he dealt with it because that's all he could do. Sometimes you just gotta let them know that they're overstepping their boundaries. That's the only way to get respect from some people.

I have and she's like I want you to be a better person and confident and just like your brother, but I tell her that I'm not him and he won't and you reminding me of my flaws will only weaken my esteem and I should be respected the very least specifically from my family members, yet she pays me dust.

You might have Social Anxiety Disorder. You may think that it's something simple but believe me it's not. You have to go to a psychologist to speak to him/her and take some advices.
