Songwriter claims Taylor stole lyrics from his song

Taylor Swift Stole The Lyrics From My College Open-Mic Song “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart”
When I found out that Taylor Swift stole the lyrics for “Shake It Off” from R&B singer Jesse Braham’s “Haters Gonna Hate,” I was not surprised. As I’ve told her record label, Big Machine, in twelve unanswered letters, Swift stole lyrics from my song, made famous in 2009 on the Jazz ‘n Java stage during countless Vassar open mic nights, “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart.” She then used my lyrics in her “hit” song, “Bad Blood.” It’s obvious.
“Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart” is about exactly what you think it would be: A bicurious co-ed who tries to win the affections of her Shop Elective instructor, Ophelia, by constructing a 12-foot, anatomically correct human heart out of heavy pine wood that she accidentally tips over while covering it in wood tarnish, so that it tumbles to the shop floor and tragically kills the beautiful, be-flanneled Ophelia. If that isn’t extremely similar to “Bad Blood” then I’m totally crazy. Hahaha!
Just so you don’t think I’m some delusional nobody under the misapprehension that Taylor Swift has ever heard of me or heard my music, I performed “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart” for twenty-two Wednesday nights in a row to wild acclaim from Vassar College’s Gender Studies majors. So Taylor obviously heard the buzz about “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart.” IT’S SO CLEAR TO ME.
Here are the lyrics to “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart”:
Ophelia lend me your saw
I hear you grinding your jaw
There’s dust on your flannel tonight
There’s a young girl here on your right
And she made you this heart
This tarnished heart
Oh no, there goes my heart
It’s tumbling onto your heart
It cut so deep into your heart
There’s blood coming out of your heart
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
You’re dead.
Here are the lyrics to “Bad Blood”:
‘Cause, baby, now we got bad blood
You know it used to be mad love
So take a look what you’ve done
‘Cause, baby, now we got bad blood
Hey
Now we got problems
And I don’t think we can solve them
You made a really deep cut
And, baby, now we got bad blood
Hey
Blood??? Deep cuts??? Hmm, sound a little familiar, Taylor?? That is “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart” to a T. To a T.
In my calm, rational mind, it’s clear there’s only one explanation here: Taylor Swift attended at least one of my Java ‘n Jazz performances, heard “Ophelia’s Tarnished Heart,” drove home to Nashville and spun my heartfelt lyrics of tragic carpentry into her chart-topping “Bad Blood.”
That is why I am suing Taylor Swift for $50 million, plus writing credit on the entirety of 1989. I have a suspicion that “Welcome To New York” is a rip-off of my song, “Mopping Up The Blood Of My Never-Lover, Ophelia.”
