The media always try to give bad publicity to any star who's currently loved by the public. See Ariana when she started, the same claims. Gaga, Britney and so many have gone through this as well. They can't live without destroying anyone's career.
The media is so misogynistic. Always trying to tear women down with diva and bitch accusations. For them it's unbelievable that a woman could simply be nice.
