I doubt it, but it's possible it could since it's one of the most successful album tracks I've seen in ages. It almost got 1 million streams in a day on Spotify at one point iirc and reached #2 there, and sold well on iTunes for a while with almost no airplay. And songs usually get more successful after they become singles.
