Terry Rambler, the chairman of the San Carlos Apache Tribe in Arizona, posted a controversial photo of himself as reggae singer Bob Marley on Facebook on Sunday, his profile shows.
In the image, he can be seen making a peace sign in front of a plain white wall, while sporting dreadlocks, a rasta beanie, a Marley-themed T-shirt and what appears to be blackface makeup.

Trick or treating: The tribal leader also posted this image of himself trick or treating in his Marley costume with a group of young children on the social network, writing: 'Trick or treat. Happy Halloween. Please be safe'
Call for action: Rambler, who is in Washington, D.C., this week for the White House Tribal Nations Conference, recently signed a pledge, alongside other tribal leaders, calling to ban the Redskins' name.
