Just some minutes ago in a 6-2 decision, Colombia's Constitutional Court ruled for gay couples to jointly adopt like straight couples. Last year they ruled that the partner of a biological parent could also be listed as the parent (stepchild adoption). Now it seems the Court has gone the full nine yards and now all eyes are on the pending gay marriage case

The government has said it's for gay rights and will not appeal so the decision is locked
